摘 要:以膨润土,羧甲基淀粉,聚乙烯醇和海藻酸钠为原料制得球形膨润土,并将其用于处理含Cr^(6+)废水.球形膨润土处理含Cr^(6+)废水的适宜条件为:投加量6 g/L,吸附时间15 min,吸附温度30℃,含Cr^(6+)废水溶液质量浓度40 mg/L,pH=6,在此条件下去除率可达98.90%.处理后的含Cr^(6+)废水质量浓度小于0.5 mg/L,达到国家规定排放标准(GB 8978-1996).处理废水后的球形膨润土经5次再生处理后,去除率仍达96.51%.Spherical bentonite was prepared using bentonite,carboxymethyl starch,sodium alginate,and PVA as raw materials.The prepared spherical bentonite was used to absorb Cr^(6+) from wastewater.The proper conditions for the spherical bentonite to adsorb Cr^(6+) from wastewater were as follows;the dosage was 6 g/L,the adsorption time was 15 min,the adsorption temperature was 30 t,the concentration of Cr^(6+) in wastewater solution was 40 mg/L and the pH was 6.The removal rate can reach 98.90%.After adsorption treatment,the concentration of Cr^(6+) in wastewater was lower than 0.5 mg/L,meeting the national wastewater discharge standards(GB 8978-1996).after 5 times regeneration treatments,the Cr^(6+)removal rate of the spherical bentonite can reach 96.51%.
