摘  要:利用水滑石的剥离重组特性,将非甾体抗炎药——醋氯芬酸插入镁铝水滑石层间,合成醋氯芬酸插层水滑石纳米复合药物.用XRD、FT-IR、TG-DTA等对其结构进行表征,并在模拟人体环境条件下研究药物在pH为7.5和4.8的缓释溶液中的释放性能.结果表明:醋氯芬酸插入水滑石层间,层间距扩大为2.174nm,热稳定性提高,并且醋氯芬酸的插层实现了药物的缓慢释放.In this paper,the nanocomposite drugs(ACF-LDH) were synthesized by inserting aceclofenac into layered double hydroxide via delamination.Their structures were analyzed by using XRD,FT-IR and TG-DTA.The properties of controlled release were investigated in phosphate buffer solutions of different pHs at 37 t.The results show that,ACF can be inserted between the layers of the layered double hydroxide and layer spacing was expanded to 2.174 nm.Thermal stability was improved and slow release of the drug was achieved by the aceclofenac intercalation.
