摘  要:利用甲基丙烯酸丁酯(MBA)与乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)溶液共聚再醇解的反应制备改性聚乙烯醇(PVA).通过实验分别研究溶液共聚和醇解反应的影响因素,确定适宜的反应条件:溶液共聚时MBA占单体总质量的5%,溶剂甲醇的质量分数为40%,引发剂偶氮二异丁腈的质量分数为0.4%,聚合反应时间为6 h,单体的转化率可以达到85%以上;醇解反应碱摩尔比为0.01,聚合物质量分数为30%,醇解温度为40℃,时间为20 min.产物样品采用红外光谱(IR)及X射线衍射(XRD)进行结构表征.Polyvinyl alcohol is modified by solution copolymerization of vinyl acetate and butyl methacrylate and then alcoholysis.The factors influencing the solution copolymerization and alcoholysis reactions were experimentally examined.The optimum copolymerization reaction conditions were determined as:the monomer ratio is 5%,the ratio of monomer to solute is 40%,the amount of initiator is 0.4%,the time of polymerization is 6 h.The conversion rate of monomers reached 85%.The optimum alcoholysis reaction conditions were determined as:mole ratio of alkali is 0.01,the polymer concentration is 30%,the temperature of alcoholysis reaction is 40 ℃ and the reaction time is 20 min.The structure of the product obtained is characterized by IR and X-ray diffraction.
