摘 要:为研究球磨时间对机械合金化Mg-Mn合金耐蚀性能的影响,采用机械合金化及热压法制备Mn质量分数为2%,球磨时间分别为10 h和50 h的Mg-2Mn合金.对比研究不同球磨时间的Mg-2Mn合金的显微组织和在模拟体液中的腐蚀行为.球磨时间为50 h的Mg-2Mn合金晶粒细化程度明显高于球磨时间为10 h的Mg-2Mn合金.在模拟体液中动电位极化后,Mg-2Mn(10 h)合金腐蚀电位接近-1.28 V,Mg-2Mn(50 h)合金的腐蚀电位接近-0.4 V,对比发现Mg-2Mn(50 h)合金的腐蚀电位高,耐蚀性能好.在模拟体液浸泡实验时,不同球磨时间的Mg-2Mn合金的失重均较大,且随着浸泡时间延长,失重率下降,4 h后失重率下降明显,特别是Mg-2Mn(50 h)合金的失重率几乎不变.Mg-2Mn(10 h)合金浸泡10 h的平均腐蚀速度明显大于Mg-2Mn(50 h)合金,球磨时间为50 h的Mg-2Mn合金耐蚀性好于球磨时间为10 h的Mg-2Mn合金.Mechanical alloying and hot pressing sintering were employed to prepare Mg-2Mn alloy with2%Mn and ball milling time 50 hours[Mg-2Mn(50 h)]and 10 hours[Mg-2Mn(10 h)]respectively,in order to study the effect of milling time on the microstructure and the corrosion resistance of mechanical alloying Mg-2Mn alloy.The effect of milling time on the corrosion resistance of Mg-2Mn alloy was studied by immersion in simulated body fluid and dynamic potential polarization.The results showed that the grain refinement of Mg-2Mn alloy with ball milling time 50 hours was significantly higher than that of the Mg-2Mn alloy with ball milling 10 hours.The corrosion potential of the Mg-2Mn(50 h) alloy was close to-1.28 V,the corrosion potential of Mg-2Mn(10 h) alloy was close to-0.4 V.Mg-2Mn(10 h) alloy has higher corrosion potential than Mg-2Mn(50 h) alloy and better corrosion resistance.Mg-2Mn alloys were immersed in simulated body fluid,the weight loss of Mg-2Mn alloy with different ball milling time were both large.With the increasing of immersion time,the weight loss rate decreased,the weight loss rate of Mg-2Mn(50 h) alloy was almost unchanged,especially after 4 hours immersion.The average corrosion rate of the Mg-2Mn(10 h) alloy was significantly higher than that of Mg-2Mn(50 h) alloy.The corrosion resistance of Mg-2Mn(50 h) alloy was better than that of Mg-2Mn(10 h) alloy.
