基于生态环境现状的澳门习惯水域影响分析

摘　　要：澳门地处珠江河口,经济发达,人口密度大,地域狭小是制约澳门特别行政区发展的一大瓶颈。国务院令第665号文已经明确了澳门习惯管辖水域范围,对促进澳门经济持续、健康、多元发展将起到重大的作用。澳门习惯水域明确工作过程中,具体技术承担单位通过收集2006-2015年8个水期,跨越春、夏、秋和冬四个季节的调查资料,分析了环澳门水域水质、沉积物、地形地貌和生态环境等质量的基本情况,分析了对澳门习惯水域管理范围明确的影响,提出了基于生态环境现状的澳门习惯水域范围的建议,同时对澳门习惯水域今后制定更加科学合理的用海方式,促进澳门习惯水域可持续发展提供参考。Macao, with developed economy and large population density, is located in the Pearl River Estuary.Narrow region is a major bottleneck that restricts the development of Macao. The State Council has defined the scope of the customary management waters of Macao, which will promote the sustained, healthy and diversified development of Macao economy. During the process of defining work, specific technology institutions collected surveying results from the year 2006 to 2015 across four seasons, and analyzed the current situation of water quality, sediment, underwater landform and ecological environment quality, so as to analyze the impact on the scope of customary management waters of Macao, which will provide reference for scientific and reasonable sea area utilization in the future, and is beneficial for scientific selection of appropriate technical methods and related principles for the sustainable development of customary management waters of Macao.
