摘　　要：结合SaaS软件服务模式特点和社区就业公共服务平台需求,提出了一种新的社区就业公共服务平台总体架构,以此为基础设计了平台的功能模型,完成了平台的原型实现。该平台解决了街道办事处与社区居委会在就业服务工作中普遍存在的一些难题,对提升基本公共服务水平、加强和创新社会管理具有一定意义。Combined with the characteristics of SaaS and the requirements of community public employment service platform, a new architecture of community public employment services platform based on SaaS is proposed. Functional model based on the platform architecture was designed. Implementation of the platform prototype was completed as well. The platform solves prob- lems which generally existed in employment service work of subdistrict office and community neighborhood committees. It has particular significance for raising the level of basic public services and strengthening the social management and innovation.
