贞芪扶正胶囊联合抗生素治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨贞芪扶正胶囊联合抗生素治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎的效果。方法幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者128例根据随机抽签法分为治疗组与对照组各64例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予贞芪扶正胶囊治疗,都治疗1周。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为98.4%和89.1%,治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组幽门螺旋杆菌清除率分别为100.0%和96.9%,两组幽门螺旋杆菌清除率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前的腹胀与少食评分对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后都呈现明显下降的趋势(P<0.05),同时治疗后治疗组的腹胀与少食评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间治疗组的恶心、呕吐、头晕、便秘等不良反应总体发生率与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论贞芪扶正胶囊联合抗生素治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎能在保障安全性与幽门螺杆菌根除率的基础上,有效促进临床症状的恢复,从而提高预后疗效。Objective To explore the effects of Zhenqifuzheng capsule（a Chinese patent medicine） combined antibioticsin the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-positive chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 128 Helicobacter pylori-positive chronicgastritis patients were randomly and equally divided into a treatment group and a control group,the patients in the controlgroup received the conventional Western medicine,and the patients in the treatment group were given above-mentionedmedicine combined with Zhenqifuzheng capsule,and the cycle was 7 days.Results The effective rates in the treatmentgroup and control group were 98.4% and 89.1% respectively,and the former was significantly higher than the latter（P〈0.05）.The Helicobacter pylori eradication rates in the two groups were 100.0% and 96.9% respectively（P〉0.05）.Before the treatment,the bloating and deprivation scores had no significant difference between the two groups,and after the treatment,the bloatingand deprivation scores presented a significantly declining trend in both groups（P〈0.05）,and in addition,the scores in thetreatment group were significant lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The overall incidence of adverse reactions,such as nausea,vomiting,dizziness,constipation,etc.,had no significant difference between two groups during the treatmentperiod（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Zhenqifuzheng capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-positive chronic gastritis can guarantee the security and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate,effectively promote the recovery ofclinical symptoms,and improve the prognosis.
