摘 要:为改善超燃冲压发动机燃烧室冷却系统的流动换热综合性能,研究了再生冷却通道的优化设计。针对当前冷却系统难以在获得较高冷却效率的同时保持较小的流动压力损失,在建立的一维流动传热数值模型基础上,采用混合罚函数法,以通道高度、宽度、内壁和肋片厚度为待优化变量,以平均努塞尔数与平均流动阻力系数之比—f函数作为优化目标,对再生冷却通道进行优化设计。计算结果分析表明:优化后的冷却通道综合性能得到明显改善,采用f值作为评价冷却通道综合性能的参数是合理的。It is necessary to study the optimal design of regenerative cooling channel for improving flow and heat exchange performance of scramjet combustor cooling system. Aimed at the difficulty of keeping small flow pressure loss while improving cooling efficiency for the cooling system, one-dimension heat transfer numerical model of regen- erative cooling channel is built up. An optimal design of rectangle cooling channel configuration is carried out by mixed penalty function method with channel height, width, thickness of inside wall and rib as optimization variables and the ratio f between the average heat transfer coefficient and pressure loss as optimization objective. Results show that overall performance of optimized channel is improved significantly and f is considered reasonable which is used as evaluation standard for overall performance of cooling channel.
