Simulation of Starting Performance of Asynchronous Machine Based on Parameter Modified Field-Circuit Combined Method

摘  要:针对小型异步机起动时饱和引起的模型参数变化问题,采用有限元软件建立二维电磁场模型,通过绕组端部的电阻参数场化、漏感参数路化的修正建立场路结合模型。经过解析计算方法与场路结合模型仿真方法的计算结果对比,考察两种方法计算起动时饱和状况下的参数差别,进一步修正仿真模型参数,最后得出修正后的场路结合模型,并对起动电流、起动转矩、起动时间等特性进行仿真计算。通过实验测试研究与仿真计算对比分析,结果表明,参数修正的二维有限元场路结合模型能准确地仿真计算电机各起动性能。Aiming at the model parameters variation problem of small asynchronous motor starting caused by satu- ration, a two dimensional electromagnetic field model was established based on finite element software, and a field- circuit combined model was established by the modifying the resistance parameter field and the leakage inductance pa- rameter circuit of winding end. After comparing the analytic calculation method with the calculation results of the field -circuit combined model, the parameters of the simulation model were further modified with the two methods to calcu- late the difference of parameters under the condition of saturation, simulating and calculating the starting current, starting torque, starting time and so on. The comparative analysis of experimental tests and simulation calculation show that the two dimensional finite element field-circuit combined model based on parameter correction can simulate the starting performance accurately.
