摘 要:介绍了PTA装置的氧化反应系统工艺过程及控制原理,讨论了基于传统DCS控制系统的氧化反应系统开车过程中的存在的问题。针对上述问题,运用逻辑代数提出了将反应过程规律和设备运行规律之间的关系进行逻辑化处理的解决方案,提前预防事故和故障,避免事后制定反事故措施和消除缺陷。方案实施效果表明:PTA装置氧化反应系统采用开车过程逻辑控制方案后,节约了开车时间并减少了开车错误的发生。为避免开车错误指明方向并提供了方法。In this paper, the technological process and control principle of oxidation reaction system in PTA plant are introduced. The existing problems in the startup process of the oxidation reaction system based on the traditional DCS control system are discussed. In view of the above problems, the logic algebra is proposed to logic deal with the relationship between the reaction process law and the operation law of the equipment, to prevent accidents and faults in advance, to avoid the development of anti-accident measures and eliminate the defects. The effect of the scheme shows that the PTA plant oxidation reaction system adopts the startup process logic control scheme, which saves the startup time and reduces the occurrence of startup error. A way to avoid startup error was provided.
