摘　　要：通过对当前转基因检测方法优缺点的分析,发现相对于其他检测方法,多重-降落PCR方法具有成本低、灵敏度高、特异性强且快速简便等特点,该方法可选作粮食转基因检测方法,为政府相关部门监督、管理和控制转基因粮食及其制品提供技术保障。Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the current transgenic detection methods, and lound that me multi- plex-touchdown PC R assay has the advantages of low cost,high sensitivity,high specificity,fast and convenient,accurate and efficient compared with other detection methods.h can be used as an method to detect genetically modified grain,so as to pro- vide technical support for supervision, control and effective management of genetically modified grain and food products for thegovernment.
