摘 要:本文研究了加速溶剂萃取仪(ASE)萃取;旋转蒸发、氮吹浓缩和氟罗里硅土柱净化前处理,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器测定8中有机氯的分析方法。气相色谱-电子捕获的分析条件采用峰面积外标法完全可以分离8种有机氯。结果表明,该方法的样品加标回收率和相对标准偏差分别为:76.0%~114%、2.1%~7.9%。方法检测限为0.13~0.22μg·kg^(-1)。该分析方法快速、有效、准确,适合黑枸杞样品中有机氯的测定。This paper studied the accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) extraction and rotary evaporation blowing nitrogen enrichment with fluorine in silica column purification pretreatment while gas chromatography- electron capture detector was developed for the determination of eight kinds of organochlorine. We can completely separate eight kinds of organochlorines using peak area external standard method in gas chromatography - electronic capture analysis conditions . Results show that the method of standard addition recoveries and relative standard deviation of sample are: 76.0% - 114%, 2.1% - 7.9%. Method detection limit is 0.13 - 0.22 μg·kg^-1. This analysis method is rapid, effective and accurate. The analysis method is suitable for the determination of organochlorine in black Chinese wolfberry samples.
