摘 要:福建某矿石为铜铅锌多金属硫化矿难选矿石,各金属矿物交代现象频繁,嵌布关系复杂。采用"铜铅锌全混合浮选—铜铅部分混合浮选—铜铅分离"的工艺,以氧化钙和碳酸钠抑制硫化铁矿物,硫化钠和硫酸锌抑制闪锌矿,FeSO_4+Na_2S_2O_3+CMC+Na_2SiO_3的组合抑制方铅矿,有效实现了铜、铅、锌硫化矿的分离。闭路流程可得铜品位为22.53%、回收率为87.23%的铜精矿,铅品位为48.62%、回收率为93.00%的铅精矿,锌品位为46.38%、回收率为91.91%的锌精矿。A refractory copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulphide ore in Fujian is separated by flotation. These sulphide minerals of Cu, Pb and Zn are closely intergrowth with each other. These valuable minerals are complex embedded. Minerals of Cu, Pb and Zn are effectively separated by "Cu-Pb-Zn bulk flotation--Cu-Pb bulk flotation-- flotation copper minerals from Cu-Pb bulk concentrate" technology. Iron sulphide minerals are depressed by CaO and NaeCO3, Na2S and ZnSO4 are used as sphalerite depressants and FeSO4, Na2S2O3, CMC, Na2SiO3are used as galena depressants. Copper concentrate with Cu grade of 22. 53% and recovery of 87.23%, lead concentrate with Pb grade of 48.62% and recovery of 93.00% and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 46. 38% and recovery of 91.91% are obtained through closed-circuit test.
