摘  要:采用密度泛函理论从微观角度研究了丁基黄药,丁基铵黑药和乙硫氮三种常见捕收剂在方铅矿表面的吸附能,并采用静态吸附法研究了它们在方铅矿表面吸附热力学。模拟计算结果表明,三种捕收剂在方铅矿表面的平衡吸附能绝对值大小排序为:丁基铵黑药>丁基黄药>乙硫氮,因而丁基铵黑药较易吸附在方铅矿表面。静态吸附试验结果表明,方铅矿对三种捕收剂的吸附量随温度的升高而增大;它们的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程;n>1,其吸附过程均为优惠吸附;2<ΔH<43,说明捕收剂在方铅矿表面为吸热过程,是物理吸附和化学吸附共同作用的结果;ΔG<0,说明吸附是自发的。Butyl xanthate, ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and diethyldithiocarbamate are three common collectors of galena. Their adsorption energy on galena surface were investigated based on density functional theory from microscopic view, and their adsorption thermodynamics were studied by static adsorption method. The results of simulation calculation show that ammonium dibuyldithiophosphate exhibits the lowest capacity of eqiliblium adsorption. Therefore it is easy to adsorb on the surface of galena, followed by butyl xanthate and diethyldithiocarbamate. The results of static adsorption indicated that adsorptive capacity of these collectors on galena increased with the rise of temperature, and their adsorption isotherm are better fit to Langmuir equation. The adsorption processes are preferential due to n 〉 1, and endothermic based on 2 〈 △ H 〈 43, resulting from the physical and chemical adsorption. The negative value of △G indicates the spontaneous nature of the adsorption process.
