摘 要:针对四方金矿无底柱分段崩落法17m分段过高导致悬顶的问题,提出12.5m的低分段方案。通过端部放矿相似物理实验,结合椭球体放矿理论和数学回归分析,测定了反映四方金矿矿石流动规律的移动边界系数和移动迹线指数,分段高度为12.5m时,矿石放出体a轴长12.5m,b轴长4.0m,c轴长4.5m。在此基础上,根据矿石放出体大间距排列理论确定最佳进路间距为14m,根据放出体为前倾扁椭球体缺推导出崩矿步距与矿石回收率、贫化率之间的函数关系,构建回贫差计算模型,以回贫差评价矿石回收效果,确定最佳崩矿步距为3.1~3.3m。研究结果为矿山优化结构参数、避免悬顶事故提供了依据。Aiming at the flap top problem caused by 17mhigh-sublevel of the non-pillar sublevel caving method in Sifang Gold Mine,a 12.5mlow-sublevel scheme is proposed.Through the similar physical experiment of side ore drawing,combined with ellipsoid ore drawing theory and mathematical regression analysis,the moving boundary coefficient and the moving trace index which reflect the law of ore flow in Sifang Gold Mine are measured,when the height of sublevel is 12.5m,the length of axle a is 12.5m,b is 4.0mand c is 4.5m.On the basis of the above results,it is determined that the drift interval is 14 maccording to draw body arrangement of big spacing,and deduced the function of independent advance of ore breaking with ore-recovering rate and dilution ratio according to draw body is a forward lean flat missing ellipsoid,the model of ratio difference between the recovery and dilution is constructed,and the effect of ore recovery is evaluated by ratio difference between the recovery and dilution,the best independent advance of ore breaking is 3.1~3.3m.The results provide the basis for optimizing the structural parameters and avoiding the roof accident.
