摘　　要：针对复杂地质条件下井筒工程施工技术难题,根据岩石力学、爆破理论、支护技术和井巷施工工艺,对辽宁柏杖子金矿混合井施工进行应用研究。重点解决了施工工艺、安全高效、竖井排水、井筒支护、通风等问题,揭示了特定地质条件下混合井施工技术的应用方法,对于同类矿山的井筒工程施工具有指导意义。In order to overcome the construction technology problem under complicated geology situation,based on rock mechanics,blasting theory,support technology and roadway construction technology,the application research of skip-cage shaft construction of Baizhangzi Gold Mine in Liaoning province is carried out.It mainly solves the problems of construction technology,safety and efficiency,shaft drainage,shaft support and ventilation,and reveals the application method of skip-cage shaft construction technology under specific geological conditions,which will guide the construction of shaft in other similar mines.
