康派特医用胶粘合修复甲状腺手术切口的美学效果分析

摘　　要：目的:比较康派特医用胶粘合与常规皮内缝合法修复甲状腺手术切口的临床效果。方法:收集2015年1月-2016年12月实施甲状腺手术的126例患者的临床资料,予以回顾性分析研究。随机分为两组,实验组和对照组。实验组(63例)给予康派特医用胶粘合,对照组(63例)给予常规皮内缝合,观察统计两组的临床指标以及切口愈合外观情况,并进行比较分析。结果:实验组的切口闭合时间以及住院时间均显著少于对照组,且术后第1天疼痛情况评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组切口甲级愈合率无组间统计学差异(P>0.05);实验组切口术后皮肤愈合好,不见明显瘢痕,对照组术后切口处可见到一条细线样瘢痕,经外观满意度评分,实验组的满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺手术切口缝合中应用康派特医用胶粘合可以获得较常规皮内缝合更好的临床效果,可促进患者的术后恢复,缩短切口闭合时间,不遗留明显瘢痕,可达到理想的外观效果。Objective To compare the effect of clinical application of intradermal suture adhesive and conventional thyroid surgery incision Kangpaite medical glue. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients who underwent thyroid surgery from January 2015 to December 2016 were collected, were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group （63 cases） received Kangpaite medical glue. The control group （63 cases） treated with conventional intradermal suture. The clinical indexes of two groups and the appearance of wound healing were observed and compared. Results The incision closure time and length of stay in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the pain score on the first day after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the first grade healing rate （P〉0.05）. The experimental group had good skin healing after the incision, no obvious scar, and a thin line like scar was observed after the operation of intradermal incision. The satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the appearance satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of application of Kangpaite medical glue thyroid surgery incision adhesion can be obtained better than conventional intradermal suture, can promote the recovery of patients after surgery, shorten wound closure time, and lessen scar, can achieve the ideal appearance.
