手指末节远段外伤的综合修复探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究手指末节远段外伤患者的综合修复临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的60例手指末节远端外伤患者,根据患者损伤状况及特点分别采用清创缝合治疗、指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复术、V-Y推进皮瓣修复术及甲床扩大修复术进行治疗、修复,对比分析其临床效果。结果:本组共60例患者,治疗后随访3个月,全部患者恢复良好,外观圆润,手指末端色泽自然,未见触痛,新生甲板外观平滑光洁,无畸形等并发症,且治疗后患者疼痛评分优良率为75.00%,TAM评分优良率为83.34%。结论:综合修复手术治疗手指末节远端外伤效果较好,可缓解疼痛症状,改善手指末端活动度,提高美观度,临床意义重大。Objective To explore the efficacy of comprehensive repair surgery for patients with distal segment finger trauma. Methods Sixty patients with distal segment finger trauma who admitted in our hospital were selected, and according to the patient＇s injury status and characteristics, the patients were treated with fragment pin, finger artery antegrade island flap repair, promote the repair of V-Y flap and nail bed expansion repair. The clinical efficacy of the treatment were analyzed and compared. Results A total of sixty patients were included in this study, and the patients were followed-up at 3 months after treatment, showed that all patients recovered well, the appearance was rounded, the color of the end of the fingers was natural without tenderness, the appearance of newborn nail plate was smooth, no deformities and other complications, and after treatment, the excellent rate of pain score was 75.00%, the excellent rate of TAM score was 83.34%. Conclusion Comprehensive repair surgery has better effect in the treatment of distal segment finger trauma, it can relieve pain symptoms, improve the activity of the end of the finger, increase the degree of beauty, and has great clinical significance.
