含吡硫翁锌、水杨酸的头皮洗护产品改善脂溢性皮炎的效果和安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究含吡硫翁锌、水杨酸的头皮洗护产品在改善脂溢性皮炎的头皮瘙痒、头屑和皮脂溢出方面的效果和安全性。方法:入选33例有不同程度脂溢性皮炎的受试者,使用该头皮洗护产品。分别在第0天、7天、28天随访,通过皮肤镜和黏着性头屑十级评分(ASFS)评价头皮屑严重程度;检测头皮皮脂分泌率、经皮水分丢失(TEWL)。结果:受试者在使用含吡硫翁锌、水杨酸的头皮洗护产品后头屑明显减少,ASFS评分降低;皮脂分泌率和TEWL与基线相比明显下降。仅1例在使用产品后出现面部发红,停用该单品后症状消失;其余人未出现不良反应。结论:含吡硫翁锌、水杨酸的头皮洗护产品在改善脂溢性皮炎的头皮瘙痒、头皮屑和皮脂溢出方面有效而且耐受性良好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hair care products, which contain pyrithione zinc and salicylic acid for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis in improving itching,dandruff and sebum production. Methods Thirty-three subjects with seborrheic dermatitis were enrolled.The hair care products were given to them for four weeks usage. All subjects were followed-up on baseline, 7 and 28 days. The scalp images were token by dermatoscope and ASFS scales were used to evaluate the severity of dandruff. The sebum excretion rate and TEWL were measured. Results The severity of dandruff decreased obviously at day 7 and day 28, The sebum excretion rate and TEWL were also significantly reduced at day 7 and day 28 compared with baseline （P〈0.05）. Only one subject had temporary facial erythema after using the Nutrient and the symptom disappeared after stopping usage. Conclusion The hair care products, which contain pyrithione zinc and salicylic acid, can be used safely and effectively to improve itching, dandruff and sebum production in seborrheic dermatitis.
