摘  要:通过对钾盐镀锌生产中电流开不大,镀层易烧焦、灰暗等生产故障实例的分析,指出了钾盐镀锌生产中设备和工艺故障均会造成这一现象的产生。将其中的工艺故障分为六个种类,介绍了故障原因的查找方法和故障处理方法,总结了钾盐镀锌生产线预防同类故障发生的技术措施和故障判别经验。Through analyzing the production failure example, such as current is limited, coating is easy to burn and gray, occurring during the sylvite zinc plating production, it was pointed out that both equipment and process failures would cause these phenomena. The process faults were divided into six kinds, the methods of finding the fault cause and the methods of dealing with it were introduced, technical measures for preventing similar failures and fault discrimination experience for sylvite zinc plating production line were summarized.
