天津万通中心单元式幕墙的防排水设计

摘　　要：天津万通中心单元式幕墙根据造型和布置特点,遵循单元式幕墙的防水原理,合理设计幕墙单元板块上下插接、防排水节点。通过选择合适的三元乙丙胶条进行多道密封,将大部分雨水阻隔在室外侧;同时,在单元板块横梁截面设置集水槽、集水槽最低点留有排水孔,将少量突破防水线的水迅速、及时排出室外,较好地实现了防水功能。Based on the model, arrangement, and reasonable waterproofing for unit-typed curtain wall, Tianjin Vantone Plaza employs reasonable design for the p]ugging connection of curtain wall units and details of waterproofing and drainage. Proper EPDM tape is selected for multi-layer sealing which keeps most of rainwater outdoor; meanwhile a water collecting trough is buih at beam cross section of unit panels and the drain holes at the bottom of the trough can expel the small amount of water which breaks the waterproofing layer outdoor and further realize the function of waterproofing.
