摘　　要：广州市汽车工业大厦地下室因混凝土局部不密实、裂缝及细部节点未处理好而造成底板与外墙大面积渗漏,维修采用了性能优良、耐久、绿色环保的材料,制订了科学的施工工艺,挑选经验丰富的专业防水技工主导施工、精心操作,维修后达到地下工程二级防水要求。There are large area leakage of base floor and side wails of basement of Guangzhou Automobile Industry Building due to concrete partial non-dense, crack and unfinished details. Green materials with good performances and durability are used, scientific construction process is developed and professional waterproofing construction workers are selected to carefully operate, which ensure the maintenance meet 2 waterproofing grade of underground project.
