摘 要:基于开架式气化器(ORV)的特殊换热管结构,以液氮替代液化天然气介质,建立了一套ORV传热实验系统,针对两种换热管型式进行了不同处理量气化实验,分别从全温度测点均匀性评价、管内外热平衡、热源水温降等指标验证了系统的可靠性,考察了流量对气化出口温度的影响,获得了液氮气化沿程的主流温度分布。计算结果表明,在不结冰工况下,传统ORV较超级ORV的气化性能更优。Based on the unique structure of the heat exchange tube of open rack vaporizer (ORV), a set of heat transfer test system is set up using liquified N2 instead of liquefied natural gas(LNG). Tests are done within tubes of two different types under different vaporization capacity and it shows the experimental platform has good reliability based on the homogenization evaluation of all measure points, heat balance between the outside and inside of the test tube and the temperature drop of the heating water. It is obtained the outlet vaporization temperature curve upon the flow rate and the temperature field of the in-tube main flow. The result shows that better performance is gained on traditional tubes rather than super-ORV tubes corresponding to noicing operation.
