矩形储罐与拱顶储罐在海洋平台上应用对比分析

摘　　要：以拱顶储罐和矩形储罐为研究对象,结合海洋石油平台的应用环境,对比分析了拱顶储罐和矩形储罐在设计、制造、成本管理以及质量控制等方面的优势与劣势,从而对其进行了综合评价,得出拱顶储罐性价比明显优于矩形储罐的结论。通过实际工程案例分析,进一步验证了在海洋平台上使用拱顶储罐取代矩形储罐作为主要的常低压橇块产品具有广泛的应用前景。Dome tank and rectangular tank used on the offshore platform were studied. They had different advantages in design, manufacture, cost and weight. Combining the particularity of offshore platform, dome tank and rectangular tank were evaluated from all aspects in the study.Then, the conclusion of that dome tank was more proper to be used on offshore platform was obtained. It was supported by the analysis of some engineering cases too. Dome tank could replace rectangular tank on offshore platform gradually and had a good future.
