摘  要:开排沉箱是海上平台开式排放系统中的主要设备之一,因其简单、经济、可实施性强等优点而具有非常广阔的应用前景。应用Fluent软件,采用标准k-ε湍流模型和混合模型对沉箱内的流场进行模拟。模拟计算结果表明,采用等有效面积开口式管口可以将入口的垂直速度转化为水平速度,延长油水在沉箱内停留时间;有斜板式沉箱因流道变窄,流速增大,斜板间存在不利于油水分离的漩涡,需要合理选择斜板间距;在斜板与筒体的夹角区速度很小,称为静态区,可以延长油水停留时间,改善分离效率。The open drainage caisson is one of main equipments in the open drainage system of offshore platform. It has a very wide application prospect because of its simplicity, economy and practicability. Based on the Fluent software, the standard /e-s turbulence model and the mixed model are used to simulate the flow field in the caisson. It is found that the equal effective area inlet can be used to convert the vertical speed of the inlet to the horizontal velocity and prolong the residence time of the oil and water in the caisson. The inclined plates cause the flow channel nar- row so that the flow velocity increases. There is a vortex between the sloping plate, which is not conducive to the separation of oil and water. It is important to select the inclined plates distance reasonably. In the space between inclined plate and the cylinder, the velocity is very small, it is called the static zone, which can prolong the retention time of oil and water and improve the separation efficiency.
