摘　　要：目的:研究复发性流产患者蜕膜组织中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达及意义。方法:选取2014年3月-2016年3月我院收治的复发性流产患者30例(复发流产组)和人工流产的健康早孕妇女32例(正常妊娠组),采用免疫组织化学法检测TGF-β1的分布和表达情况,Western Blot和RT-PCR分别检测TGF-β1蛋白和mRNA的表达水平。结果:免疫组化结果结果显示:TGF-β1主要表达于蜕膜的腺体细胞和间质细胞,与正常妊娠相比,复发性流产蜕膜组织中的TGF-β1表达明显降低(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。荧光定量PCR结果和Western Blot结果与免疫组织化学结果相一致,与正常妊娠相比,复发性流产蜕膜组织中的TGF-β1表达明显降低(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:复发性流产蜕膜组织中TGF-β1的表达降低,提示TGF-β1对妊娠的维持发挥重要作用。Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1）in the decidua of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods：Thirty patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion（recurrent miscarriage group）and 32 healthy pregnant women（normal pregnancy group）in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were collected.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression and distribution of TGF-β1.RT-PCR and Western Blot were also used to further determine mRNA and protein expression of TGF-β1.Results：The results of immunohistochemistry showed that TGF-β1was mainly expressed in decidual glandular cells and interstitial cells,and the expression of TGF-β1in deciduas of recurrent spontaneous abortion was significantly lower than that in the normal pregnancy（P〈0.05）.The results of RT-PCR and Western Blot were consistent with immunohistochemical results.Compared with normal pregnancy,the expression of TGF-β1in recurrent spontaneous abortion decidua was obviously lower,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of TGF-β1in deciduas of recurrent spontaneous abortion is decreased,suggestingthat TGF-β1may play an important role in the maintenance of pregnancy.
