胚胎培养液中低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白-1的表达与胚胎质量和妊娠率的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨胚胎培养液中低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白-1(LRP-1)的表达与胚胎形态学评分及其与移植后妊娠率的关系。方法:收集培养第3天可利用胚胎的培养液,用ELISA方法检测其中LRP-1的表达水平,比较不同胚胎形态学评分间胚胎培养液中LRP-1水平的差异,并比较妊娠组与未妊娠组间移植胚胎培养液中LRP-1水平。结果:(1)优质胚胎对应的培养液中LRP-1的表达水平高于Ⅲ级胚胎的表达水平[(991.79±182.60)pg/ml vs(639.22±108.09)pg/ml],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)妊娠组胚胎培养液中LRP-1的表达水平[(1 056.34±166.82)pg/ml]高于未妊娠组的表达水平[(899.46±169.37)pg/ml],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胚胎培养液中LRP-1的表达水平可作为预测胚胎发育潜能及妊娠结局的参考指标之一。Objective：To study the relationship between the expression of low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein-1（LRP-1） in embryo culture media and embryo morphology score and pregnancy rate.Methods：The culture media of usable embryo on the third day were collected,LRP-1concentrations were measured by ELISA assay and the association of LRP-1 level with embryo morphology score and pregnancy outcome were assessed.Results：（1）the Expression level of LRP-1 in embryo culture media of good quality embryo was statistically significantly higher than that of gradeⅢ embryo as（991.79±182.60）pg/ml versus（639.22±108.09）pg/ml（P〈0.05）;（2）the expression level of LRP-1 in embryo culture media of pregnancy group was statistically significantly higher than that of non-pregnancy group as（1056.34±166.82）pg/ml versus（899.46±169.37）pg/ml（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The expression level of LRP-1 in embryo culture media can be used as one of the markers for predicting embryo developmental potential and pregnancy outcome.
