摘  要:目的:观察血清降钙素原(PCT)与新生儿感染性肺炎的相关性。方法:以我院接受治疗的45例感染性新生儿患儿为观察对象,同时选取50例健康新生儿作为对照组。观察两组患儿血清PCT水平、血清炎症细胞因子水平和血气指标的差异,分析PCT与炎症细胞因子水平和血气指标的相关性。结果:感染组PCT、IL-18、IL-6和hs-CRP水平分别为(6.24±2.08),(32.35±6.89),(18.68±5.24)和(12.28±3.16)μg/ml,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染组患儿SpO_2水平及P_(ET)CO_2水平均显著降低,而两组患者的血pH水平无明显差别(P>0.05);PCT与IL-18、IL-6和hs-CRP水平显著正相关(r=0.612,0.595和0.569,P<0.05),而与血pH、SpO_2和PETCO_2水平无明显相关关系。结论:感染性新生儿患儿血清PCT水平较高,且与患者的血清炎症细胞因子水平密切相关,可作为临床监测指标。Objective:To observe the correlation between serum procalcitonin(PCT)and neonatal infectious pneumonia.Methods:A total of 45 cases of infectious neonatal children and 50 healthy neonates(control group)were involved in this study.Serum PCT levels,serum levels of inflammatory cytokines and blood gas indexes between the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of PCT,IL-18,IL-6and hs-CRP in the infected group were(6.24±2.08),(32.35±6.89),(18.68±5.24),and(12.28±3.16)μg/ml,respectively,and were significantly higher than in control group(P〈0.05);There was a significant positive correlation between PCT and IL-18,IL-6,or hs-CRP levels(r=0.612,0.595 and 0.569,P〈0.05),while no significant correlation of PCT were found with blood pH,SpO2 and PETCO2levels.Conclusion:The level of serum PCT in children with infectious neonatal is higher,and the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines are closely related,which can be used as a clinical monitoring index.
