摘 要:目的:探讨雅培Ruby与UF-1000i在脑脊液细胞计数中的应用。方法:245例脑脊液标本,分别用雅培Ruby与UF-1000i测定其红细胞(RBC)数目、白细胞(WBC)数目、单个核的白细胞(MN)数目、分叶核的白细胞(PMN)数目,并与手工计数法结果比较。结果:两台仪器所测得的红细胞(RBC)数均和手工计数法结果有良好的相关性,结果可用于临床;仪器法所测WBC>500×10~6个/L时,两台仪器的结果均不可信,需要手工法复查;仪器法所测WBC<499×10~6个/L时,两台仪器的结果准确,且相关性好,均可用于临床。结论:临床上进行脑脊液细胞计数时,应优先采用雅培Ruby与UF-1000i等仪器法进行测定,结果存疑时需用手工计数法复查。Objective:To discuss the application of Abbott Ruby and UF-1000i in Cerebrospinal Fluid Cell Count.Methods:Abbott Ruby as well as UF-1000i was adopted to measure WBC,RBC,MN and PMN in 245 cerebrospinal fluid specimens,and the measured value was compared with manual counting value.Results:It shows good correlation between RBC counted by the analyzers and manual counting value,which suggest that these two analyzers can be used clinically except that the WBC measured value500×10~6/L due to their untrusted results.Conclusion:Instrument methods should be prior to utilize in clinical Cerebrospinal Fluid Cell Count,when the result is suspect,we need review it with manual counting.
