摘 要:根据OD车流的流量及其对运输服务需求的特点,考虑我国铁路车流组织模式对车流径路规划的影响,基于不同组织模式下车流的运行径路,将铁路OD车流划归为如下3大类:装车地始发直达车流、时效要求较低的零散车流、运输服务要求较高的快运车流。针对前两种车流,以车流总的走行车公里最小为目标,以径路唯一性、树形径路及线路能力为约束,建立线性0-1规划模型。以沈阳铁路局简化路网为例,运用LINGO软件求解模型。计算结果表明,在新的车流组织模式下,部分车流的走行径路可以进一步优化。此外,发现部分车流不能走最短路径是树形径路约束导致。本文车流径路分配结果更适应新型货运市场的需要。According to the characteristics of OD(origin-destination)car flow and their demand for transport services,and taking the impact of organization pattern of railway car flow on the car routing planning into account,based on the characteristics of train routing under different organization modes,the railway OD car flow are divided into the following three categories:direct car flow from originating station,bulk cargo car flow with less timeliness requirement and express train flow.Targeting the first two kinds of vehicle flow,a linear 0-1programming model was formulated with the shortest transport distance as the objective,subject to each car flow moving on one route only,tree-shape path and the capacity of lines.In the case of the simplified local railway network of Shenyang railway bureau,the model was solved by software LINGO.Results showed that car flow assignment and routing plan can be further optimized under the new car flow organization model.In addition,it is found that some car flow not to take the shortest path was caused by the tree-shape path.The results of the car flow distribution obtained by the model are more applicable to the needs of the new freight market.
