应用型大学人才培养的探索与实践——以北京联合大学旅游学院为例

摘　　要：人才培养是大学的核心功能和基础,应用型大学应以培养高素质应用型人才为目标,以产教融合、校企合作为主要方式,以服务地方经济社会发展为主要面向并将学生就业和创业能力培养作为重要内容。应用型人才培养的知识、能力与素质要求都应以满足产业、行业需求为目标。北京联合大学立足北京,服务京津冀,辐射全国,着力培养适应首都社会经济发展需要的高素质应用型人才,在专业人才培养模式、课程体系、实践教学和师资队伍建设等方面做了有益的探索和实践。Talent training is the core function and foundation of a university. The goal of talent training of application-oriented university should be the cultivation of application-oriented talent with high quality. The approach to doing that is to fuse industry and education together and build the cooperation between university and enterprise. The main direction is to serve the local economic and social development. And the main content is to train students＇ability of employment and entrepreneurship. Knowledge, ability and quality requirements of talent- cultivation should meet the needs of Industry. Standing firm in Beijing location,Serving beijing-tianjin-hebei and radiating its influence across the country, Beijing Union University focus on training to meet the needs of the capital social and economic development of high-quality and application-oriented talents. Beijing Union University has made meaningful exploration and practice in talents cultivation mode, curriculum system, practice teaching and teaching staff construction.
