新建公安本科院校提升教学管理能力对策——以辽宁警察学院教学管理改革为例

摘　　要：新建公安本科院校因学校的升级从而赢得新的发展契机,但如何建设与更高层次、更高要求、贴近实战专业教育相适应的教学管理队伍和教学管理制度,如何提升教学管理水平,成为新建公安本科院校能否成功转型升级的关键之举,顺利开展更加专业、更具特色和富有职业化公安教育的重要影响因素。本文结合辽宁警察学院教学管理改革探索与实践经验,尝试着总结新建公安本科院校提升教学管理能力以支撑人才培养的对策和建议。Newly-built police colleges get new opportunities for development. But it is key to successfully transform and upgrade teaching management by a higher level of teaching management administrators and management system. Based on the experience of teaching reform in Liaoning Police College, this paper tries to summarize some suggestions on how to improve the ability of teaching management in order to support the cultivation of students in newly-built police colleges.
