摘  要:作者根据核电仪表国产化的技术需求,利用中学所学的气液热传导特性及电学电路知识,提出了热传导式液位开关的实现方法。本文介绍产品的发明创作过程,具体电路实现原理,并通过试验进行了验证。在产品实现过程中,巧妙地把热电阻传感器自发热不利因素,变成有利条件,简化了电路。该产品体积小、抗震性好、抗干扰性强,适用于液体容器的液位报警检测,同时对核电仪表要求的液位开关提供了一种新的实现思路,有良好的的应用潜力。Based on the technical requirements of nuclear power meter, the author puts forward the method of realizing the heat conduction level switch by using the gas-liquid heat conduction characteristic and the knowledge of electric circuit.This article describes the product of the invention and creation process, the specific circuit to achieve the principle, and through the test was verified.In the product realization process, cleverly heat resistance sensor self-heating adverse factors, into favorable conditions, simplifying the circuit.The product is small, good shock resistance, strong anti-interference, suitable for liquid level alarm detec- tion of liquid containers, nuclear power meter requirements for the level of the switch provides a new way to achieve ideas, a good application potential.
