摘　　要：高低液位报警在老罐区改造过程中,普遍存在罐体开孔困难,清罐耗费工时长等问题。外测式液位开关安装于被测罐体外壁,与传统液位开关相比,不与被测液体介质接触,抗干扰能力强;不用动火、开孔,故无需停止生产、清罐即可安装使用;安装维护方便安全,是液位测量工作中比较理想的测量方式。本文讲述了在永坪炼油厂储罐液位监测报警,及联锁控制隐患整改的过程中,应用外测式液位开关解决这些问题的成功案例。In the process of rebuilding the old tank farm, there are many problems, such as the difficulty in opening pores of tank,the long-tank-cleaning time and so on.Compared with the traditional liquid level switch,the external level switch is installed on the external wall of the tank body measured.It has a strong anti-interference ability thanks to no contacting with the tested liquid medium,It is able to install and function without shutdown or cleaning the tank because welding and opening pores are not required anymore.The Installation and maintenance are convenient and safe.It is an ideal measuring method in liquid level measurement. This paper describes the case that the application of external level switch successfully solves these problems in the rectification process of hidden trouble in level alarm monitoring and interlock control of the tank farm in Yongping Refinery.
