摘　　要：政府购买社会组织服务在我国快速推进中,不断出现和暴露出一些问题,其中,政府购买社会组织服务的监管问题尤为令人关注。政府购买社会组织服务监管存在着监管法律法规滞后、监管职责划分不清、专业监督人员比较缺乏、监管方式简单落后等困境。政府购买社会组织服务监管机制创新应当着重于明确划分各个监管主体的监管职责,引入第三方监管,夯实平时监管,创新监管方式,尤其是利用互联网开展监管。The government's purchase of social organization services has been arising and exposing various problems in the rapid progress of our country.Among them,the supervision of government purchase of social organization service is particularly interesting.There are many dilemmas in the government purchase of social organization service supervision,such as the lag of regulatory laws and regulations,unclear regulatory responsibilities,relative lack of professional supervisors,simple and backward supervision mode,and so on.The regulatory mechanism innovation of government's purchase of social organization services should focus on a clear regulatory responsibilities division of the regulatory body,the introduction of third-party supervision,consolidation of the usual supervision,innovation of the supervision mode,especially the use of the Internet to carry out supervision.
