摘　　要：该文对包容性理论的演进脉络进行了梳理,分析了资源理论、社会和组织网络理论、公共治理理论、发展理论、利益相关者理论、创新理论对包容性理论发展的科学依托,在此基础上,提出了六个未来的研究方向,包括:政府在推动包容性理论发展中的政策与制度支持研究;农村等欠发达地区包容性社会管理方法的创新研究;中国社会组织在推动包容性发展中的角色和作用研究;企业在推动农村等欠发达地区包容性发展中的角色研究;包容性理论实践效果与实践工具的评价研究;企业组织内部的包容性创新理论的发展研究。This paper makes a review of inclusive theory,analyzing a series of theories which have close relationships with inclusive theory,including theory of resources,theory of development,theories of social and organizational networks,theory of public governance,theory of development,theory of stakeholder engagement,and theory of innovation. After that,six future research directions are presented,including the study of government policy and regulation in improving inclusive practice; the innovation study of rural inclusive social management methods;the role and influential study of social organization in improvement of inclusive practice; the role study of companies in improvement of inclusive practice; the appraisal study of inclusive achievement and practice tools; the development study of inclusive innovation in organization.
