摘  要:针对现有测量方法存在操作复杂、成本高等问题,提出一种基于摄像机图像的实时亮度测量方法。该方法通过摄像机实时采集图像信息,利用上位机对图像进行灰度化处理得到图像的灰度值,并利用亮度计对摄像机进行光学标定,得出曝光量与灰度值之间的具体函数关系,即亮度回归方程,通过亮度计算公式求得目标区域的亮度值。采用图像匹配和噪点去除的处理方法,大大提高了测量精度。实验结果表明,在未进行图像匹配和噪点去除处理的前提下,测量结果误差在11%左右,若对图像匹配和噪点去除处理,误差可控制在6%左右,大大提高了测量精度,满足了亮度测量的需求。该方法与现有的亮度测量方法相比,具有操作简便、成本低及可实时测量等优点。A real time brightness measurement method based on camera image is proposed to solve the problems of complex operation and high cost. The image is collected by the camera in real time, the gray value of the image is obtained by gray processing of the image, and the camera is optically calibrated by the brightness meter to obtain the function relationship be- tween the exposure amount and the gray value. The target area brightness value is obtained by the brightness calculation for- mula. The measurement accuracy is greatly improved by using image matching and noise removal. The experimental results show that the error of the measurement result is about 11% without image matching and noise removal processing. If image matching and noise removal processing are performed, the error can be controlled at about 6%, which greatly improves the measurement accuracy and satisfies the demand of the brightness measurement. Compared with the existing brightness measurement method, this method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and real-time measurement.
