经阴道彩超诊断子宫内膜良性肿瘤的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩超用于诊断子宫内膜良性病变的临床价值。方法选择我院收治的子宫内膜疾病患者160例作为研究对象,实施经阴道彩色超声诊断,将超声诊断结果与病理结果进行比较。结果不同种类子宫内膜病变的经阴道彩超声像图具有不同的特征,经阴道彩超对于子宫内膜息肉以及黏膜下肌瘤等子宫内膜良性肿瘤具有较高的诊断符合率。结论应用经阴道彩超诊断子宫内膜良性肿瘤具有较高的准确率,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial benign lesions. Methods 160 cases of patients with endometrial diseases were selected. All cases received transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis, and the results were compared with pathological findings. Results Different kinds of endometrial lesions had different characteristics in transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound images. Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound had higher coincidence rate in the diagnosis of endometrial benign tumors such as endometrial polyps and submucous myoma. Conclusions Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of endometrial benign tumors, which shows high clinical application value.
