止痛化症胶囊联合米非司酮与单纯应用米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较止痛化症胶囊联合米非司酮与单纯应用米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效。方法选择我院2013年5月至2016年12月期间收治的子宫腺肌症患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组采用止痛化症胶囊联合米非司酮治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前的痛经评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的痛经评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的子宫体积无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的子宫体积为(214.42±17.89)cm3,显著优于对照组的(243.54±30.11)cm3,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止痛化症胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌症患者具有显著的临床疗效,可减轻患者的痛经症状,有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To compare the clinical effects between mifepristone and Zhitong Huazheng capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis. Methods 80 cases of patients with uterine adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone, while patients in the observation group were treated with Zhitong Huazheng capsule combined with mifepristone. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the dysmenorrhea score （P 〉0.05）; After treatment, the dysmenorrhea score of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the uterine volume （P 〉0.05）; After treatment, the uterine volume of observation group was （214.42 ±17.89） cm3, significantly better than （243.54 ± 30.11） cm3 of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Zhitong Huazheng capsule combined with mifepristone has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis, which can relieve patients＇ dysmenorrhea symptom, and has high clinical promotion value.
