内括约肌侧切加翼状外切内扎术治疗环状混合痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨内括约肌侧切加翼状外切内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法将250例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组150例采用内括约肌侧切加翼状外切内扎术治疗,对照组100例采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗。结果治疗组在术后皮瓣水肿、尿潴留、排便困难、伤口疼痛、肛门狭窄及愈合时间等方面均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内括约肌侧切加翼状外切内扎术治疗环状混合痔是一种安全有效的方法 ,可明显减少术后并发症,缩短恢复时间。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of lateral incision of internal sphincter combined with wing-shape external cleavage and internal ligation in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 250 cases of patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups. 150 cases of treatment group were treated with lateral incision of internal sphincter combined with wing-shape external cleavage and internal ligation, while 100 cases of control group were treated with routine external cleavage and internal ligation. Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in the postoperative flap edema, urinary retention, difficulty of defecation, wound pain, anal stenosis and healing time （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions Lateral incision of internal sphincter combined with wing-shape external cleavage and internal ligation is effective and safe in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and shorten the recovery time.
