摘　　要：目的分析优质护理服务对消化性溃疡患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年7月至2016年7月收治的132例消化性溃疡患者,随机分为两组各66例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施优质护理服务,比较两组的护理效果。结果两组护理后的SAS、SDS、NHP评分均较护理前显著降低(P<0.01),且观察组的各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组的护理满意度为95.45%,显著高于对照组的84.85%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务能改善消化性溃疡患者的心理状态及生活质量,促进患者康复,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing service on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 132 cases of patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received high-quality nursing service on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results After nursing, both groups had significantly decreased SAS score, SDS score and NHP score （P〈0.01）; Also, the SAS score, SDS score and NHP score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.01）. The satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was 95.45%, significantly higher than 84.85% of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions High-quality nursing service can improve the psychological status and quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer, promote patients＇ rehabilitation, and improve patients＇ satisfaction degree.
