护理干预对瑞芬坦定磁热穴位敷贴治疗婴幼儿支气管炎疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对瑞芬坦定磁热穴位敷贴治疗婴幼儿支气管炎疗效的影响。方法选择婴幼儿支气管炎患儿200例,随机均分为两组。对照组采用常规护理方案,观察组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预。结果观察组的治疗依从性、症状和体征消失时间、疗效、生活质量及住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属的健康知识知晓情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对瑞芬坦定磁热穴位敷贴治疗婴幼儿支气管炎的疗效具有积极影响,有助于提高患儿的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To study the impact of nursing intervention on the curative effect of Rephintandy magnetic far-infi＇ared acupoint dermal patch for children with bronchitis. Methods 200 cases of children with bronchitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was given routine nursing methods, while the observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the treatment compliance, disappearance time of symptoms and signs, curative effect, quality of life and length of hospital stay of children （P 〈0.05）; Also, the observation group was superior to the control group in the health knowledge awareness and satisfaction degree of family member （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention has positive influence on the curative effect of Rephintandy magnetic far-infrared acupoint dermal patch for children with bronchitis, which can help to improve children＇s quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
