摘　　要：感音神经性耳聋是由于内耳感觉细胞的损伤造成的,其治疗一直是耳科医生十分棘手的问题。近年来,利用干细胞修复内耳感觉细胞在国内外大量的研究中取得了诸多重要进展,特别是骨髓间充质干细胞,有易分离、低免疫源性、无致瘤性等优点,极具临床应用价值。但目前国内外各个研究小组从干细胞的制备,诱导到移植内耳的方法均有差异,未形成统一的流程,不利于其学术交流和实验结果大样本收集。本文集中介绍谢鼎华课题组在国家973项目干细胞治疗耳聋的实验技术体系标准制定课题的基础研究方法,并综述目前本领域国际最新动态,初步提出骨髓间充质干细胞治疗感音神经性耳聋的技术方法和质量控制措施的推荐方案,为最终临床安全、规范化运用干细胞治疗耳聋提供依据。Sensorineural hearing loss（SNHL） can be caused by lesions of inner ear sensory cells.Treatment of SNHL remains a challenge for clinicians.A new treatment for SNHL is the repair and regeneration of inner ear sensory cells using stem cells.Numerous advances currently have been achieved in this area.Because of their low immunogenicity and easy accessibility,mesenchymal stromal cells（MSCs） have recently been considered as one of potentially ideal alternatives to restore degenerated inner ear sensory cells.However,research methods vary among research groups,from preparation to transplantation of stem cells,and no standardized process is established yet.This article focuses on the progress by Ding-hua Xie＇s group in treating SNHL and describes the latest advances worldwide.The paper aims to establish preliminary standards for stem cells preparation and quality control for treatment of SNHL,and to provide theoretical evidence for clinical treatment of SNHL using stem cells.
