留置引流并加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨留置引流并加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法 52例临床确诊为耳廓假性囊肿的患者,均为单侧发病,采用留置引流并用无菌纱布及绷带加压包扎治疗。术后随访周、1月、3月、6月。结果 52例患者全部治愈,其中一次治愈率高达92.3%,7.7%经过二次治愈。结论留置引流并加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿一次治愈率高,操作简单,创伤小,病程短,费用低。Objective To ascertain the efficacy of drainage with compression bandage in the management of auricular pseudocysts.Methods Fifty two patients with diagnosed unilateral auricle pseudocysts received continuous drainage using intravenous indwelling cannulas combined with compression bandage.The patients were followed up at one week,one month,three months and six months respectively.Results Complete resolution of the auricular pseudocyst was achieved in all 52 patients（92.3% after the first treatment and 7.7% following repeated treatments）.Conclusions Continuous drainage with compression bandage for management of auricular pseudocysts provides high rate of resolution after initial treatment and is easy,minimally invasive and associated with low cost and short treatment course.
