摘  要:[目的]筛选出白檀试管苗增殖的最适影响因子。[方法]以白檀(Symplocos paniculata)试管苗为试验材料,研究了玉米素质量浓度、基本培养基、接种方式及培养温度对白檀试管苗增殖的影响。[结果]以WPM为基本培养基,附加1.7 mg/LZT可使平均增殖系数达5.90;用双芽茎段做培养材料,平均增殖系数可提高至6.63;培养温度25/15℃(昼/夜)更利于试管苗增殖,10℃温差可使苗生长健壮,平均增殖系数达6.99。[结论]研究结果为白檀工厂化育苗提供了理论依据。[Objective] In order to screen out the optimal influence factors of proliferation for Symplocos paniculata plantlets in vitro. [Method] The influence of different ZT concentrations, basic mediums, inoculation methods and culture temperature on proliferation culture of Symplocos paniculata plantlets in vitro had been studied. [Results] The results suggested that proliferation coefficient was 5.90 in WPM with 1.7 mg/LZT. Proliferation coefficient reached 6.63 when using stems of double buds as culture materials. Culture temperature of 25/15℃ (day/night) was suitable for the proliferation of plantlets in vitro. 10 degree difference in temperature between day and night could increase proliferation coefficient up to 6.99. The seedling grown healthily. [Conclusion] The results provide a theoretical basis for Symplocos paniculata factory seedling
