摘 要:在金属塑性变形应用研究的基础上,以支架钣金零件为载体,进行冲压成形工艺分析,针对支架钣金件的结构特点,弯曲工艺采用零件垂直方向的110°角与90°角同时进行弯曲成形,由于支架钣金件渐变式R圆角与多角度弯曲的结构特点,弯曲工艺模拟结果出现较严重的材料叠加起皱现象。故采用拉深成形工艺,通过切向压应力与拉应力的计算分析,根据压边力计算值的范围,在35~49 kN之间取8个值进行模拟拉深实验,在45 kN压边力模拟时得到较为理想的拉深压力曲线,从而得到了较好的拉深工艺结果,支架钣金件没有出现材料的起皱与开裂现象。根据模拟分析相关参数设计制造的模具,拉深成形工序一次性试模出合格的样件。For thin walled support stamping parts,on the basis of applied research about metal-plastic deformation,its stamping process was analyzed,and support stamping parts with vertical angle of 110° and 90° were bent based on their structural features respectively.However,they appeared wrinkle heavily in the bending simulation due to their structural features with gradient fillet R and multi-angle bending.Therefore,the drawing process was applied.Based on computational analysis of pressure stress and tensile stress,and the range of blank holder force calculation values within 35-49 kN,eight drawing experiments were carried out by simulation,and the ideal curve of drawing pressure was obtained with 45 kN blank holder force.Thus,the good drawing result was acquired without wrinkle and crack.According to the related parameters of simulation analysis,the dies are designed and manufactured,and the above drawing process can produce the qualified parts.
