摘 要:针对某连接件进行了冲压工艺分析,通过比较两种排样方法,最终优化设计了由5个冲裁、1个压型、3个弯曲和1个切断工序构成的排样图,设计了双侧载体,材料利用率达到48.9%。圆形小直径孔冲裁凸模设计成过渡台肩结构,提升了模具强度,设计了快换式固定方式,凸模工作部分添加保护套,异形冲裁凸模采用单侧挂台方式定位,凹模均采用凹模镶块结构。压型凸模安装在卸料板上,保证了压型深度和精度。复杂Z字形弯曲,采用向上弯曲和向下弯曲两步弯曲结构,向上弯曲凸模安装在卸料板上,保证了弯曲精度和正常卸料、压边。The stamping process analysis was carried out for a connector.By comparing the two layout methods,a layout chart consisted of five blanking steps,one profiling step,three bending steps and one cutting step was designed and optimized,the bilateral carrier was designed,and the material utilization reached 48.9%.However,piercing punches with small apertures were designed as transitional shoulder structures to enhance the strength of die.The quick-change fixing type was designed,the working part of punch was added the protective sleeve,and the abnormity piercing punches were positioned by one-side hanging table.The dies were designed as an insert block structure.Then,the profiling punch was installed on the unloading plate to ensure the depth and precision of profiling.Furthermore,the complex Z-shaped bending adopts two-step bending structures of upward bending and downward bending,the upward bending punches were installed on the unloading plate,and the accuracy of bending and the correctness of discharge and blank holder could be ensured.
