摘 要:基于对锥形模扩口变形区材料应力特点的分析,利用主应力法,综合考虑扩口变形过程中材料厚度变薄、材料真实应力-应变曲线规律的不同和附加弯曲作用这3个具有本质特征的重要影响因素,推导出一组锥形模扩口成形力计算的理论公式。进一步研究了附加弯曲作用对扩口成形力的影响,结果表明:锥形模半锥角决定着附加弯曲作用对扩口成形力的影响程度,当模具半锥角小于等于25°时,可以忽略附加弯曲作用的影响;当模具半锥角大于25°时,需要考虑附加弯曲作用的影响。进而,从锥形模半锥角和金属材料真实应力-应变曲线规律不同的角度,对所提出的理论公式的适用范围进行了分类。By analyzing the stress characteristics of material in deformation zone for flaring of conical die and comprehensively considering three important factors with essential deformation characteristics of material thickness thinning,difference of true stress-true strain curve of metal materials and influence of additional bending,a new set of theoretical formulas of flaring deformation force calculating of conical die was set up by the principal stress method,and the influence of additional bending on flaring deformation force was further researched.The results show that the influence of additional bending on flaring deformation force is mainly determined by the conical die semi-angle.Therefore,the influence of additional bending can be neglected when the conical die semi-angle is less than or equal to 25°,and the influence of additional bending can be considered when the conical die semi-angle is more than 25°.Furthermore,the application scope of theoretical formulas is classified by considering the conical die semi-angle and different true stress-true strain curve of metal materials.
