摘 要:金融支持是技术创新得以实现的重要手段之一。随着省际金融中心的不断发展,技术创新高度依赖于区域以及临近金融体系的支持。从金融规模、金融效率及金融结构三个方面,分析了金融支持对技术创新的影响作用。选取了衡量金融支持与技术创新发展水平的相关指标,利用空间面板杜宾模型,实证分析了我国金融支持对技术创新的影响,探讨了省际间金融支持对技术创新的直接效应与空间溢出效应。实证结果表明:我国省际技术创新存在空间相关关系;金融支持对区域内技术创新存在直接影响;金融发展规模及效率存在区域间正溢出效应;金融结构对于技术创新的支持作用不显著。最后,根据实证结果提出了促进我国金融支持技术创新发展的相关对策建议。Financial support is an important means to achieve technological innovation. With the development of financial center, the technological innovation has become highly dependent on the support of financial system. From the perspective of the financial efficiency, structure and scale support as well as the development of foreign investment, this paper analyzes the influence of financial support for technological innovation. Choosing different indicators to measure the financial support and technical innovation development, using the spatial panel Durbin model, we analyze the impact of financial development on technological innovation, then explore the direct and spa- tial spillover effects of financial support on technological innovation. The empirical results show that: the financial support has a direct effect on technological innovation; the financial efficiency and scale have a spatial spillover effect on technological innovation. Finally, based on the empirical results, the paper gives some suggestions for promoting China' s financial support to technological innovation.
