摘 要:近年来,主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)-Ⅰ类递呈途径抗原肽的来源备受争议.选择性翻译产物作为抗原肽来源的模式,对经典全长蛋白降解作为抗原肽来源的模式提出了挑战,且这一模式已经被科学地实验数据证实和支持.因此,现在需要新的假说来探寻不同来源的抗原肽对MHC-I类递呈途径的生理意义.The source of peptides in the major histocompatibility class-Ⅰ (MHC-Ⅰ) pathway has been intensively debated in recent years.The initial assumption that peptides are derived from the degradation of full length proteins was challenged by a model in which alternative translation products are a source of peptides.This model has been supported and tested by scientific data.Now need new assumption on the physiological implications of different sources of peptides for the MHC-Ⅰ pathway.The aim of this review is to give an up-to-date account of the source of antigenic peptide material for the MHC-Ⅰ pathway and to incorporate the more recent observations of alternative mRNA translation products into existing models of the direct and cross-presentation pathways.
